Activity: Senior Minute to Win it games in the Media Center during both lunches! 5/1 Wednesday: Your Future is BRIGHT! Wear your sun hats and shades! 5/3 Friday:    Maroon Out! Wear your cap and Gown for the Senior Walk.  Activity: Bell Ringing ceremony; Senior Picnic (door prizes and Senior Swag Bags given out) 8:00 am           Assemble in front of the gym. 8:30 am           Load busses to go to former Elementary school (if you were not SCS students                           in the early grades choose a bus with your friends) 8:40 am           Arrive at Elementary Schools 8:55 am           Depart the Elementary Schools 9:05 am           Arrive at the MS 9:20 am           Depart from Pre- K 9:25 am           Park @ Bojangles- Assemble in the parking lot at SCS Central Office Parking lot PARENTS- PLEASE JOIN US THROUGH TOWN AND CELEBRATE THE CLASS OF 2024! WE WILL WALK DOWN MAIN STREET FROM CENTRAL  OFFICE, TURN LEFT ONTO EVERETT STREET. WE WILL PICK UP THE TRAIN STATION. WE WILL NOT CROSS THE TRACKS WALKING.  9:50 am          Load busses at Depot Street 9:55 am          Arrive at Church 10:00 am        Students who wish to participate in the **Baccalaureate Service for students                         and parents. First Baptist Church will be our host church and ministers from First Baptist, Grove, Presbyterian, and Methodist church will be                         involved in the service.  ** Baccalaureate Service is an optional church service for students and parents. Students who do not wish to participate will be transported back to the high school on a different bus and await the bell ringing ceremony at the HS.  11:15 am           Bell Ringing Ceremony/photo ops with friends    11:40 am           Students drive/car pool or ride a bus to Deep Creek   12:00-2:00        Senior Celebration- Lunch, door prizes, Swag Bags  2:00                   Senior Dismissal
The Baccalaureate Service will take place on Senior Walk Day (Friday, May 3rd, 2024) at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Bryson City. Parents are welcome to join in this celebration, we would encourage you to get there earlier than 10:00am. Participation in the service is completely voluntary Students are NOT required to attend. Students who do not wish to attend will be brought back to the high school by bus during this time. They will join their classmates for the graduation walk through the high school students' tunnel and participate in the bell-ringing ceremony at the front of the school.
